You are not alone. 💜
Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. The right path depends on your individual needs, health, and circumstances. Below are some common types of support you may come across:
Detox
A medically supervised program that helps people safely manage withdrawal from alcohol or other drugs.
Residential (Inpatient) Treatment
Live at a treatment facility while receiving structured care, counseling, and support.
Outpatient Treatment
Receive treatment while continuing to live at home. Programs vary in intensity and schedule.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to support recovery from opioid or alcohol use disorders.
Peer Support
Connect with others who have lived experience in recovery through support groups, peer recovery coaches, or community programs.
Counseling & Therapy
Meet with a licensed mental health professional to address addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, or other challenges that may affect recovery.
Recovery Support Services
Resources such as housing assistance, employment support, transportation, education, and family services that help people maintain long-term recovery.
